For founders, operators and managers of multi-site soft play, family entertainment centres, adventure attractions and members clubs.
Book a 30-minute introductory callMost family-entertainment venues run parties as an add-on to soft play, admissions or food and beverage. They know parties should be a healthy revenue stream. Often, they aren't.
The parties offer is running at lower margin than it should. It depends on one or two strong entertainers whose knowledge walks out of the door when they leave. Quality is unpredictable from weekend to weekend. Nobody at head office really owns the numbers.
If any of that is familiar, we should talk.
The Twizzle School of Entertainment is the venue-consulting arm of the Twizzle Entertainment Group. We design, build and embed the party and entertainment offer that sits behind a successful multi-site operation.
Our lead consultant, Peter Robertson, has been creative partner to The Escapade Group since Kidspace Romford opened in December 2005. Across twenty years and six venues — Kidspace, Hobbledown, Gripped, Watermouth Castle — Peter has led the design, launch and evolution of every Escapade Group parties and entertainment programme.
Peter also designed the original parties programme at the National Army Museum's Play Base and advised on performance areas and parent zones within the space. Twizzle then ran the museum's exclusive parties operation for more than five years — performers vetted, insured and DBS-checked, all administration handled end-to-end — with the museum taking a commission on every booking.
"We have been involved with Peter since 2005 and we continually look for his support and advice in making sure our birthday party offering at Kidspace is the best offer out there. Thanks for your support, Peter."
— Nick de Candole, Co-founder, The Escapade GroupWe offer three entry points, designed so you can start small, prove value, and scale. Every engagement begins with a free 30-minute introductory call.
A short diagnostic of your current parties and entertainment operation. We visit (or mystery-visit) your venue, review your offer, pricing, training and delivery, and produce a written report with prioritised recommendations. Typically 2–3 days on-site plus the written report.
We design the party offerings, pricing structure, delivery scripts and entertainer training system for your venue, and hand over a documented operational playbook your team can run without us. Typically delivered over 4–6 weeks.
Ongoing support as you roll the new system out across one or more sites — hiring, training, quality assurance, and commercial tuning. Three-month minimum engagement.
A 30-minute introductory call. You tell us what's happening at your venue. We tell you honestly whether we can help.
A written proposal, if there's a fit. Scope, timeline, fee. No pressure to proceed.
Engagement. Audit, build, or embedded support — whichever suits.
Handover. Documented. Your team runs it. We step back, or stay on retainer.
A 30-minute introductory call costs you nothing. If we're not the right partner for your venue, we'll say so and point you elsewhere.
